Reviews and Ratings
I was on one of the higher floors where the skyline view at dusk is a radiant beautiful setting. The room was pleasant, sizey, clean, and spacious, but the bed/mattress was a bit worn out. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and accommodating, even when they were fully booked. The location was great for getting around all of Singapore, with a short walk to various attractions. The dining options offered a super range of food from around the world. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
After waiting in the foyer for an hour or so, was good overall. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms with marvelous city views. The dining experience caters to a wide range of tastes. The service is known for excellent professionalism and flexibility in handling complaints. The location is convenient for exploring various attractions. The hotel offers a range of facilities.
Returning to the hotel, I can't ask for anything more - it was brilliant. Thank you, Miramar, for the great experience. The bonus of being located in the backside was exceptional.
The hotel offers a lovely view of Robertson Quay, with pretty spacious rooms. However, there were some maintenance issues like phone and electrical wires hanging out of the wall. The breakfast was enjoyable, but a partly broken light was a minor inconvenience.
After a 13+ hour flight from the UK, I arrived at 10.00 am to find a room with a safe, fridge, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath ready for me. The room was very clean and a decent size for the deluxe version; however, the lack of information about Singapore was a downside.
The hotel offers a reasonable size room with a good size bathroom and plenty of toiletries replenished daily for a quiet and good sleep. The location is ideal for exploring the Quays and MRT stations, with various transport options available. The dining experience is lacking in variety and presentation. The facilities are decent overall.
The hotel offers good value for money with clean and spacious rooms, although the bed/mattress is slightly worn out. The service was outstanding, especially with taxi assistance, but the table clearing was a bit annoying. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring various attractions by walking or taking a bus.
After a long 13+ hour flight from the UK, the hotel surprised me with surprisingly quiet rooms that were clean and of good size. The location was very convenient, situated strategically near Clarke Quay and People's Park, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience provided a wide range of choices, especially in the buffet, and the facilities were well-equipped.
The hotel is strategically located near Clarke Quay, overlooking the river, with convenient access to the city. The rooms are well groomed and spacious, although they could use some updating. The dining experience is average with limited seating and service. Overall, a good location with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with an unexpected bonus of a water boiler and three singular beds, but the maintenance issues like the phone and electrical wires hanging out of the wall were disappointing. The partly broken lead to the light also caused inconvenience as it worked intermittently.
The hotel offers good, clean, and spacious rooms with three singular beds, though the mattresses are a bit worn out. The service from the staff, including bellboys, room cleaners, check-in personnel, bar team, and dining area, was wonderful and flexible in handling complaints. The location is great for walking along the river to central attractions, with close proximity to the river area and China town. The dining experience provides a good choice and delicious food, though waiting times may be longer due to seat availability. Overall, a value-for-money stay with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel offers reasonable room size with a good bathroom and plenty of replenished toiletries daily. However, the staff could be more helpful with information about Singapore. Despite being located on a main road adjacent to a busy intersection, the room comes with a mini bar and well-stocked bathroom.
The hotel is centrally located, near popular attractions like Clarke Quay and People's Park. The rooms are clean and offer a good bed for a decent night's sleep. However, there is a lack of sufficient electricity outlets in the rooms. The service is attentive with helpful staff for transportation and directions, but clearing tables promptly can be a bother. The location is strategic, close to the river and Chinatown, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The dining options are varied with both European and Asian cuisine. The facilities are well-equipped, adding to a convenient stay.
The hotel offers clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a recommendation to come back. The mini bar and bathroom were of reasonable size with an OK view. Upgrading to a family room rewards you with a beautiful view toward the river.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms and the super friendly staff. The beautiful skyline view from my room on one of the higher floors at dusk was truly captivating. However, the intrusion for cleaning while dealing with jet lag was a bit unsettling.
